Car was picked up several hours late by the motor carrier secured by Domestic Transport. Car Carrier driver did not secure car properly and it actually back rolled down the carrier ramp while I was watching, fortunately it did not hit a nearby tree or suffer damage. I do not hold Domestic Auto Transport responsible for the negligence of the Car Carrier they contracted.

Car was delivered to destination 2 days before expected arrival date which was excellent considering the contract with Domestic Auto Transport for delivery was completed less than a week before car was picked up.

I would use Domestic Auto Transport again.

Kimberly@Domesticautotransport.com 360-834-6013 Jim, I'm sorry the carriers estimate time for pick up was a little off, but please remember they are estimated times for pickup and delivery, which shows true since they were 2 days early for delivery. I did not hear anything from you or the carrier about the vehicle rolling down the ramp. I wish someone would have told me so I could have taken care of that with the carrier.
