Average Auto Transport Broker

My experience with this company was satisfactory overall except a few issues.

While they seem to offer a $30 rebate, this does not come for free and they want you to write a review for them here in transportreviews website. This is fine so far but they also prohibit the review to be about the carrier/driver and demand it to be only about the broker's office & customer services. A broker has to take responsibility for the carrier it finds for you and that's exactly why people pay a percentage to the broker, not just for quickly answered calls/quotes.

Luckily, my car was only slightly scratched (and also got dirty naturally) but I doubt this broker would care if it had been otherwise. They would probably just give me the contact details of the carrier/driver they assigned (and I had no idea about) and leave themselves out.

Overall, I don't think any of the other brokers would be any better so it makes sense to go with the least of the evils and select a known big broker (they have some other popular brokers along with Domestic managed by the same company so they are a big network).
