We had arranged with Domestic to ship our 2000 Kia from Pennsylvania to Arizona. Unfortunately, in the interim, Hurrican Irene disrupted all transportation on the eastern seaboard. Despite this, our representative, Bill, managed to secure a carrier who would be able to collect and deliver our car in the appointed time window for a reasonable additional cost. The driver, Rob, was courteous and efficient, and the car arrived in Arizona earlier than we had even anticipated.
Although there were issues of availability due to the storm, we felt that the company acted fairly and honestly with us and presented the options in a transparent way. We were very happy with the service.
