HORRIBLE and LIARS!! SCAM!!!

We needed our vehicle transported from Hawaii to CA to VA. Our car arrived as scheduled from Hawaii to CA. It was from CA to VA where our NIGHTMARE began. When our car arrived at Matson in CA it was suppose to be picked up by Dolphin or whoever Dolphin contracted to get our car within 3 days to avoid the storage fees. Well Dolphin NEVER picked our car up and FAILED to inform us about the delays. It was a phone call to Dolphin about 3 days AFTER the scheduled delivery that we found out our car was stuck in CA. We spoke to Ralph who is not ONLY the manager but a LIAR who promised us EVERYTIME we called to follow up, that the car was going to be "picked up no later than this day". (Something he always repeated each time we followed-up just to get us off the phone) After almost 3 weeks of WAITING and still NO CAR, they FINALLY got someone to get the car, Ralph LIED AGAIN saying the car could not be picked up because the driver did not have the proper paperwork, so it'll take another day. But when we spoke to the actual driver of our car we found out then, the reason it could not be picked up is because a STORAGE FEE was charged of an extra $195 on TOP of the remaining balance we had to pay. Called Matson to confirm the storage fee and sure enough Matson would not release the car until it was paid. We were FURIOUS!!! We called Ralph about it and ONCE AGAIN like the LIAR he is, he promised he'll talk to "HIS BOSS" about what they can do (Which by the way, he's said that a MILLION times when we were asking for the price to be reduced because the car was WAYYYY overdue). By this time the car was almost a month overdue and we just wanted our car. Dolphin NEVER refunded us the $195 for storage fee which was CLEARLY an error on Dolphins part cause they FAILED to pick the car up. Ralph NEVER called us back like he said he was going to about refunding or reducing our price. Dolphin will give you the WORST car transport experience and take your $$$. STAY AWAY FROM Dolphin. They're HORRIBLE and Ralph is a COMPLETE LIAR and I just don't know how this company is still in business with the way they operate. NEVER AGAIN!!!
