FAIL in customer service

I called the company to check for status of delivery on 12-13 when the car was to be picked up, I provided them with make, model, year etc, the dispatch rep more or less stated we deliver allot of cars you are going to have to be more specific????, after some teeth pulling the dispatch rep gave me the drivers cell phone. I called the driver to ask for status on the vehicle same answer I deliver allot of cars you will have to be more specific... Ok I get it you deliver allot of cars but shouldn't the dispatch at least have information on your order under your last name or some sort of order number,
I purchased a used vehicle that was picked up on 12-13-2012 promised to be delivered on 12-21-2012. Lets just say they didn't meet there promised date, given again the 25th of December is xmas I understand this day is a pass, but for the car to arrive on the 27th when it was originally promised on 21st, then 24th, then again 26th only to be changed to the 27th between 12-3pm and then again getting delayed and delivered later that evening 7pm????
