I have been shipping my cars back and forth between Delaware and Naples Florida for over 10 years and found that that there are three things that make for a successful outcome. First is communications. You must be kept informed on who is doing what and when from the time you place the order until the car is delivered. John Miller did just that, and I never had to ask any questions as he always reached out to me first. Second, the car must be picked up on the required date. No excuses and it was. Third, the car must be delivered when it was committed to be delivered. It was delivered within an hour of when the driver said it would be when he picked it up with no damage or problems. I could have found someone a little cheaper. However, with over 10 years of shipping with various companies I have had numerous problems caused by the carrier or last minute changes in their commitments, and they are not worth a couple of dollars savings. I will use Dispatch Logistics again this fall to ship my car to Florida.
