Overall the experience was fine, my vehicle did leave two days later than scheduled but that’s about the norm with this process. Once my vehicle was loaded it actually arrived the very next day, that was a pleasant surprise. My rep (Melissa) was very helpful with keeping me up to date with the status of the dispatchers.
