This was the first time I tried using a transport service for a van I bought. I Researched a LOT of companies an settled on this one.. It was a Great choice. I dealt with a guy named John an he was very attentive to my first time concerns an helped a great deal. I opened the booking an he had a carrier ready for P-Up the next day! I Had to book for 2 days later as the seller couldnt be ready that soon.The carrier contacted me the next day an scheduled the p-up. The day of p-up the driver contacted me with the time of delivery. It showed up as quoted albeit a bit snow covered.( It is Buffalo NY weather! ) So in conclusion the service comes highly recommended an give them 5 stars . Will use again
