Do not even bother calling them. Ginger Summers, the woman I spoke to, told me she dispatch a driver to pick up my car 4 days after I called her and faxed her the necessary info (credit card info, signature, etc.). She called me on the day that my car was to be picked up, (also the day I was set to drive from California to Georgia) and told that my zip code in GA didn't check out. This was impossible, since this was my parents' address and I told her so. Then she asked if I had made any address changes: I told her just yesterday I had changed the address with the post office, and she actually began screaming at me, telling me that she thought I had told her I would change my address with the bank, and now everything was null and void. Then she proceeded to yell at me, saying things like, "what do you expect, me to work magic?" and "do you think I just have drivers lined up to serve you?" well, you get the idea. Finally, I reminded her that we were paying her, not the other way around. She continued to scream at me until I told her to forget it, we wouldn't be needing her services, and to shred the paperwork. I called the bank assuming fraudulent charges would be made to my credit card, and sure enough, fifteen minutes later, it had been charged for the 150 deposit that was contracted to be charged only upon pick up.
I'm positive this company only works by making a sale, securing a contract, then calling on the day the driver is supposed to show up, initiating an argument ending in termination of the contract, and then charging the card.
