I was apprehensive from the start when I went online to get a quote for bringing my Mercedes ML350 from Seattle to Phoenix. After many, many emails and phone calls from all kinds of companies soliciting my business who had pricing ranging from $700-1100, I found myself even more confused. Then I went on Discount Auto & Truck Transporters website and actually READ all the wonderful material he had for novices such as myself about the perils and pitfalls to watch for. Taking the time to educate the public impressed me so I picked up the phone and spoke with Steve for a half hour. He answered every question I had and genuinely was interested in diffusing my fears while assuring me of his qualifications and responsibilities. I decided to go forward with this company and felt very comfortable in doing this after we spoke. Communication was stellar with Steve staying in touch with me every step of the way until the truck was assigned. This literally occurred in less than 24 hours and on a weekend!
