Was very easy working with Nicki getting the transport of our 1982 Mercedes 380 SL Convertible. The car was picked up right on schedule and was delivered on schedule. Unfortunately, during transport the transport trailer blew a tire which in turn caught fire. The melting rubber was splayed all over the hood, side of the car and convertible top. The driver was right up front with what happened and informed me that the company (DRM) would take care of the problem. I called Nicki and she was very apologetic and committed to getting the car cleaned up. We scheduled a detail company to detail the car. They were able to remove all melted rubber from the car but was not able to clean the convertible top. We tried a second detailer who specializes in cleaning convertible tops.They could not get the stains out. At that time Nicki of DRM said we will replace the top. Nicki contacted a reliable top company here in Tucson and scheduled the replacement top. As of today the car looks great. We are extremely pleased with the choice we made to transport our vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport a vehicle. Thank you Nicki and DRM for taking care of this situation flawlessly.
