I just wanted to drop a “big thank you” to you and the rest of the staff for the help putting together a very smooth pick-up in Webster, TX. I talked with a couple folks in addition to you, Khrystyna N, relocation manager and Ryan in dispatch they were both very helpful and best of all what all of you said would happen really happened. Your driver, L. Gil, was supper. Once I remembered to tell you that the elevator at the storage facility operated only between hrs 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM you, dispatch and the driver, rearranged her route to be at the pick-up at approx. noon. I’m sure that re-routing her pick-up cost Direct Van Line time and money, but you did it anyway. The driver and her guys were great, polite, neat, careful and quick. Ms. Gil called twice while in route to keep me informed of her ETA. She covered the paper work and additional charges patiently and clearly. While I only had a few items to move she and her guys treated me and the items as if it was my entire house.
I know that this is only a portion of the move, but if you continue the move thru transfer and delivery with the same attention to detail I’m sure that both myself and my family at the final destination drop-off in NH will be quite pleased.
