Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. Customer Senthikumar Thanakkan was informed on the phone and emailed three times that we cannot guarantee either pickup or delivery dates, so his assertion to the contrary is a falsehood. He cancelled his order only three days after his first pickup date, barely giving us a chance. He received his full refund a few days later. So we find Mr. Senthikumar Thanakkan comments out of place. We wish Mr. Thanakkan lots of success in all his future endeavors.
