Direct Express Auto Transport was a great company to deal with for the whole process. They strongly encourage personal contact with their service representatives, who were friendly and helpful any time I called and spoke with them. I arranged a transport when weather in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic was poor and told them that I do not expect (or need) prompt pickup. Direct Express still met their normal contract acqusition window, made arrangements with my designated pickup person, and picked up the car quite quickly after doing so.
Delivery of the vehicle was fast. The car was picked up 2/8/11 at approximately 5 PM and I got a call from the driver on 2/9/11 asking if he could deliver the vehicle that night. I declined and asked him to deliver the vehicle in the morning. He was very polite and helpful with the car, which unfortunately had a dead battery. He was patient in getting the car removed from the trailer safely.
The car was dirty from transport and had been dripped on, but fortunately was only dripped on by coolant, which did not damage any paint.
Overall, I would use this company again and recommend it to others.
