I found this company on a Google Search and noticed that they are members of the Better Business Bureau. I checked them out and they have an excellent record. Their instant quote was competitive, not the lowest, but very good. When I called the rep was Melissa and she answered all my questions, yes to insured, $150 deposit, balance upon delivery, no hidden fees, etc.. Amazingly, she didn't pressure me for the order and told me they work as a team. When I called back the next day I got Natalie (they've got several girls in customer service) and she gave me the same $850 quote from L.A. to Cleveland and I set up my order in a just a few minutes. Natalie interrupted the call to answer other lines, which was annoying, but she explained that they answer every call regardless, which is good if you need to get ahold of them later. She told me that she couldn't guarantee any particular pickup date, but that their cars usually ship within one to seven days based on their pricing and past performance. Well that's what happened - mine got assigned to a driver four days later and picked up two days after that. Six days later I had my car in Cleveland and paid the dtiver the balance with a money order. There was no additional fees - just like Melissa and Natalie said. I gotta tell you - that is a very well run company and I'll use them again.
