the process was very smooth. first got email notification that a carrier has been assigned, then got a call from the driver in less than an hour. car was picked up on the same day. though making calls to the driver is not recommended, texting is ok, and the driver replied promptly. car was delivered on time as driver promised.
the only thing i want to mention here is that Express Auto Transport agent won't find a carrier for you until the day before the first available pick up day (in my case at least). so if you order 2 weeks earlier, you probably can get a good quote but you won't get anything else until the day before your first available day.
overall, i'm very happy to have Express Auto Transport shipped my car. highly recommended!
