We were not aware of seven day window for pickup and this should be brought up in more detail at the time of booking; otherwise, the booking process was very easy. We were lucky enough to have an enclosed carrier at a nominal increase in price and very much appreciated this. Driver had some unforeseeable problems during his delivery and kept in touch with us so we knew what was going on. Overall, the experience was positive and we would not hesitate to use your service again.
