The customer service representative was quite polite and helpful. When I initially called, I was not kept on hold long. My initial introduction to the company was by way of the internet. The web site was user friendly and the quotation process user friendly. I called in an effort to verify that this was not some fly by night company. Once I spoke with the customer service representative, I was assured this was a ligimate organization. The transport company used was near my hometown and this made the transaction even better. I would use the service again.
