I had my car transported from St Louis, MO to Baltimore, MD back in Jul -10 by Direct Express. I called a few transportation companies before going with Direct Express and I found the quote given by them was the most reasonable one. In fact for the same service I got quotes from other companies that was $200-$300 higher than what Direct Express was offering. They are very prompt at communication and service. Before the pickup was made, they called me and gave me enough time to schedule the time and pickup place and they were really accomodative on that. When I registered with Direct Express, I was told that vehicle would be delivered on Monday morning which was not bad at all considering it was picked on Saturday morning and the destination was about 800 miles away. On Monday, however, I was contacted in the morning to be informed they were running a little late, because they had some problem with the truck that was carrying the vehicle. and they kept me updated on the situation whole time which was really nice. I didnt have to go through the trouble to find out where the vehicle was and when it would be delivered. Finally my car was delivered on Monday evening. Though there was a slight delay (which was not bad at all), I liked the fact that I was being communicated all the time. My overall experiece with Direct Express was really great and I would highly recommend if anyone asks me.
