I was very pleased with my entire experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. I ordered delivery of my vehicle on-line and their web site was easy to use. I got a quote which was very fair. It was much cheaper than flying from Rochester, New York to Raleigh, North Carolina, staying overnight at a hotel, and driving the car back to Rochester. It took a week from the asked for pick-up date to get my car, but since I was under no time constraint to receive it, I considered it "On Time". Direct Express gave a bonus from their end to procure a driver more quickly after the week. When I called to find out the status of my order, they were always cordial and helpful. When they realized the time passage, they gave their "bonus" and a driver was procured the next day.
The driver was courteous and excellent. He called me after he had picked up the car and continuously phoned me along the trip to let me know his estimated delivery time.We met at a local shopping center parking lot since he did not think he could easily maneuver the truck into my neighborhood. The car was delivered in the condition promised without any transport damage. He stayed until I was totally satisfied with the delivery.
I would readily use Direct Express again for transportation needs. Ron
