This process was very transparent and happened just the way it was advertised it would. There were no hidden costs, the vehicle was picked up and delivered per the schedule we requested, and the vehicle arrived in great shape.
Customer Service kept us informed by email as driver was assigned and provided a number that connected us directly to the driver. Using that information were able to keep track of our vehicle as it made its way across the country. We also used the number to direct the driver to a high school parking lot to simplify the drop off since we live in a residential neighborhood with relatively narrow streets. That approach worked well.
