I had 2 cars shipped from the San Francisco Bay Are, CA to Jacksonville, FL. I was asked for a date at which the cars would be available. The cars were picked up within one day of that date. I met driver at a nearby shopping mall so he could easily load the cars in the spacious mall parking lot. The driver reviewed everything with me, gave me his contact info and told me the cars would be in Jacksonville, FL in 5-6 days. He ended up delivering the cars a day earlier. The cars were delivered without any damage. They were a little dirty, but nothing more than you would expect on an open trailer. The customer service department for Direct Express Auto Transport was great in setting up pickup. When I couldn't get a hold of the driver initially, they contacted the driver for me and had him call me back. I am going to be moving back to California in about 3yrs and after my experience with Direct Express Auto Transport, I will definitely be using them again. One last thing, their quote for both my cars was one of the more competitive quotes I received. It wasn't the lowest quote, but I picked them based on customer reviews and I'm glad I did. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
