The transporter was very friendly and helpful. I live in Philadelphia, so the streets are small, and there are very many one ways, so he got out of his truck, hopped in my car and drove it to my froont door step. He communicated very well and often, he was unable to reach me when he first arrived in Philly, despite the 30 min wait he was patient and nice.
