This was my first time transporting a car. The experience was wonderful. I would certainly use direct express again. Everyone that I talked to from the person that answered the phone to the man that picked the car up and the driver that delivered the car to my daughter on a college campus in Los Angeles were very professional and polite. The car was received in the condition that it was in when it left me. I will recommend Direct Express to everyone.
