I talked the last to Mercedes on Oct. 3. to actually order the transport
She quoted $300.00, and as well sent me a confirmation e-mail with the $150.00 deposit and a final delivery cost of an additional $150.00.
I still have this e-maiil should you want me to fax a copy to you!

I paid the driver the additional $350.00 he requested and the person on the phone that day.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Donald correctly reports the online quote of $450 (see to the right) but gets confused upon seeing his receipt for the deposit, misinterpreting it to mean that only $150 more is owed upon delivery. We took a hard look at that and agreed that it was not clear enough, and we have actually made changes as a result. So we thank Donald for bringing that to our attention.
