I have never shipped a car across the country before and had heard it was the way to go. I did a search and came across so many companies that it was hard to choose. I am glad that I chose Direct Express, they made everything so easy. I read positive reviews and then looked them up on the BBB. They had great reviews and a positive BBB rating so I decided to book online. The process was very fast and I had no problems. I started to worry as the move date approached and I had not heard from the driver yet. I emailed Direct Express and recieved a prompt reply stating the driver would be contacting me shortly. Sure enough, the driver contacted me the next day to set up a pick up time. The driver was very friendly and the pick up was smooth. The driver was actually going to be in CA before we were, so he held the car for us and delivered it once we arrived, which was really great. We did tip our driver which I think is a nice thing to do if they provide good service. I highly recommend this transportation service to anyone who is looking for a stress-free way to get your car across the country at a great price!
