At first, I placed on order to different transport company called road runner. They picked up my car and said it would take 9 day to deliever from IL to CA. Then they called me on 6th day or so said it is still in IL. Their truck is broken and they could not carry the car to CA. Why didn't they call earlier!!
So I started to look for other transfortation company and I found Direct Express Transport. Customer service were very friendly. I called on Saturday and driver picked up the car on Monday. It arrived in 6 days. They also called about 3rd day and day before arrive. I was very happy with the service and rate was cheaper than road runner. I would definitely use again if I need to.
