So i place an order for my brother`s car to be picked up and delivered in CT in time for him to start Grad school.Seven days later no call or follow up and when i call to find out when a driver will be assigned,the lady i spoke to started making up excuses ,saying the drop off point being remote.The pick up point is remote but 5 minutes from a major hwy NOT the drop off point.I got off the phone with her and called another trucking company that easily found me a truck by the end of the day.I am P.od because they let the order sit there and didnt bother telling me that they couldnt find my car a truck.Why would you take the deposit if you can`t follow through I had paid a deposit upfront and i have to wait for that to be returned too.I had made a lot of calls before and each time it seemed the CSR had the car going to a different location i always had to go over the entire order.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Longview Texas is a nice small town that does not have many cars also shipping to u-conn. We told Rue that upfront and he overpaid another carrier to get it done - a feat anyone could have done. We wish him well - and his brother as well at school.
