First time I used this service and they were helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I was told it would take 1-10 days to get a transport vehicle and that was on a Thursday late afternoon. The vehicle I had shipped was picked up in Seattle on Friday and delivered to me first thing Monday morning outside of Dallas. There were pictures before & after and ia had access to an app to track were transport was. I couldn't believe how fast it happened.
