We assigned two different drivers to transport this customer car, the second one twice and each time they flaked. That rarely happens - which is why our rep was in disbelief. What can we say but that in the end it was our fault. For what it is worth, those drivers are now denied the ability to transport any of our vehicles. As for the refund, it takes 2-4 days to route back to the customer card. Already done on our end.
