We used Direct Express Auto Transport to move our new car from Ohio to Missouri. We found the price to be very reasonable for the service provided. The order process was very easy. There was some confusion at the dealership when the driver picked up the vehicle which spurred a series of phone calls. The calls from and to Direct Express to fix the issue were not all that helpful to a first time user.
The email to notify us that a driver was assigned came in at the same time the driver showed up at the Dealership giving us no time to notify the contact person. No Warning.
The delivery went well. The driver was very nice and professional.
