Never Picked Up Car No Valid Response From Customer Service

On June/11/2009 I requested a transport from Los Angeles, CA to Modesto, Ca. which is Aprox, 300 miles miles. A transport that should have taken no more than 48 Hours has now taken 6 days and counting. And when I contacted there customer service I spoke to a complete air-head who flat out said she has no idea why it wasn't picked up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Not sure why Sean, whose name is really Dwayne, thought his car should be shipped in 48 hours when everybody else knows it is usually takes 1-7 days. It appears that Sean, or rather Dwayne, is being unreasonable and certainly unkind. Unbelievably, Dwayne still wants us to ship his car despite his insults.
