This was my second time using auto transport and I can say hands down this was a very easy and safe process. I made contact to request shipping/transportation for my car and within three days I had an appointment for pick-up. The customer service was outstanding; they understood my request and gave me the best price out of three other companies. They made it happen on a short notice while keeping the cost down. The auto transporter made contact with me to set up an appointment for pick-up and the driver called within hours to verify location and pick-up time. The Driver arrived a little early, his truck was clean and he was very professional. The pick up was at my home and the driver made sure not to block the street when loading my car. Within in four days the same driver and truck was dropping off my car. The driver called with up dates with his estimated arrival. Again the driver did an outstanding job in off loading and parking my auto in the driveway making sure to not block the street. Auto transport made the whole process from start to end excellent, the cost very reasonable, very friendly customer service and my car was not damage. A Big Thanks to Auto Transport…….
