We are sorry customer Chance Birgenheier is dissatisfied with the service. He should be very satisfied and here is why. He chose the cheapest rate, Standard, and was lucky enough to be assigned a carrier the day before his vehicle was made available. Wow! That's like Rush service. All dates are estimates and being two days late on 1600 mile trip is not unusual. If Mr. Birgenheier receives his vehicle anytime this week it will be earlier than our original estimate. A little perspective sure helps, right? We wish Mr. Chance Birgenheier well in Colorado.
