My dealer recommended the use of Direct Auto Transport to provide an enclosed trailer to get my Porsche from Minnesota to California. I was not aware that the company was a broker of transport services and had some concerns. After reading the other reviews and again talking to the dealer I went ahead and contracted them to handle the transport. I could not be more happy with the service and outcome. They contracted with a small transport company, Red Dot Transportation who picked up my car a day earlier than expected and had the car delivered to my front door just a few days late. The driver, Alex was excellent as i watched him unload my new car. Great communication and excellent service. I would use both companies again. Compared to another the bid I received from Reliable Auto Transport, I saved nearly $1,000!
