I moved from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C, and my car was picked up exactly as when they said it would be picked up, (they informed me waaaay before hand), and even dropped it off a day earlier than what was planned. They informed me the day before as well and gave me a reasonable window of when they will be in the area.
They were awesome!
