Rate was great, setup was super easy. The pickup and drop-off were slightly muddled, since Direct Express (to my knowledge) contracts out one of many firms.
Though the driver was friendly, he placed the pickup right by a crowded sports game, which ended up with us stuck in traffic for over an hour. Communication was OK at best. Likewise, the drop-off location was poorly communicated and the driver was late, so I had to walk about 1-2 miles. They didn't take credit cards (aside from the initial deposit), so I ended up having to PayPal.
That said, once I dropped the car off / picked it up, things were pretty smooth. Like mentioned, the driver was generally friendly and the car was in a great condition.
Given the rate, I would use Direct Express again, but keep in mind you're getting what you pay for.
