Direct Express was very easy to deal with and found a carrier quickly. Unfortunately, the carrier has had numerous mechanical issues and hasn't been the greatest communicator. Car is now 4 days late with delivery promised tomorrow. I don't blame Direct Express for this as they are just the broker but do plan on letting them know once car is in my hands.
