The service was great, they showed up promptly. I felt as if the text messages were either from a bot, or perhaps a language barrier, there was some clarification needed, but nothing too onerous. The driver was nice, but I had to convince him to take both sets of car keys, he kept saying he just needed one key, he didn't seem to understand that the person receiving the vehicle (my child) was going to need both sets and also the lock key fob, which he also seemed confused about taking, but this was minor and the car arrived as promised at its destination. Highly recommend.
