The staff from Direct Express Auto Transport were courteous and kind. They communicated with me via email through all steps of the transport process. The driver called a couple hours ahead of time when he was dropping off the vehicle and was a day early. He showed care towards my automobile as did the company that hired him. If I ever need to transport a car again, I would use this company.
