My car arrived in perfect condition. It was apparent great care had been taken. Unfortunately, I drove 2 1/2 hours to meet the driver. What was the slight delay turned into 5 1/2 hours. That became a large imposition for me. My understanding it was a combination of problems. One of those was blamed on the dispatcher. Another was a lack of awareness of the time zone.
