This is the third time I have used Direct Express over the past few years. The website is easy to use, communication is great from dispatch to the drivers I have had etc. This time the service was LIGHTNING fast. I requested service on a Wednesday with Friday being the earliest day for pickup... Long story short, I had the car by Saturday (from Austin to Las Vegas)
