Even though I was skeptical about the transportation of my cars by a company I did not know anything about, I was veru pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and promptness in which everyone handled my transaction. The reservation was easy and fast done through their internet website, I received a reply email and followed up by a phone call with the possible availability for pick up. I then received a call by the driver letting me know when he was available to pick up - two days earlier from original estimated time - to my surprise, he kept me posted of his where abouts and call me with an anticipated time of arrival. He was courteous and professional as well and the two vehicles he delivered for me where in perfect condition. I appreciate the company's commitment to deliver a positive customer experience.
