I have been shipping my daughter's car from the west to the east coast for the last 10 years. For years, the service - meaning pick up and delivery was always sporadic at best. At one time, the dispatchers couldn't even locate our car!
But a few years ago, I got turned onto Direct Express and have used them 4 times now - coming and going. Each time they did what they said they would do. I always have to use the expedited service which was well worth the $ to get a smaller window of pick up.
This last time - the delivery time exceeded my expectations and it all worked out all a well choreographed ballet.
I know there are a lot of moving parts with this type of service so kudos to this company!
