We are sorry customer Jamas Pugh is dissatisfied. Mr. Pugh selected the least expensive option and then after only one day expected a guaranteed pickup date. It doesn't work that way which is what we tell everyone upfront. You do increase your chances of faster delivery with Expedited and Rush rates. Best of luck to Mr. Pugh.
