I found the company to offer a much needed service. The cost of transporting a vehicle out of California I found to be very expensive if I had rented a tow from U-Haul and did it myself. Direct offers not only a less expensive way, but also less stress for the owner as I didn''t have the stress of driving or towing a car myself. I think people who go to U-Haul, need to know their is an alternative such as this.
I also want to say Ed Phillips, the driver was exceptional. Just a very nice man, very knowledgeable and I knew when he left that my car was in good hands.
Direct made my whole moving experience and much easier, much more affordable and much more comfortable experience. I want to say thank you to all.
