Thought many reviews were manufactured.. but this is another in a long line of 5 stars.
Called several times, at all times times the call takers were awesome, professional, courteous, new
their product, all explained time frames involved.
Finally booked with them, got a prompt email of expectations, order number, expected date and time. Also included any restrictions on additional items.
Transport driver was professional, helpful, set expectations, answered questions.
Well there was 1 glaring problem... OTHER USERS using the same shipment as you, well they tend to be lazy about appointments. The driver has a scheduled to keep and that is dependent on the people before you... Users before me did not keep their appointments, were late, causing the driver to be stuck in local rush hour traffic.
That being said, that is no reflection on the driver or Direct Express. If I am in the position of shipping a car I would be more than happy to utilize this company again.
PS. Remember the driver has other pickups and drop offs, be mindful of his schedule. It will help you ship and deliver your car on time.
