Well first off I guess the low price should have been the first clue. The very limited information on the email should have been the second one. I was told that over 90% of cars are picked up within 7 days. I waited over 2 weeks and not a single word from them. They were good to cancel my order but told me it would take a week to get my deposit back (because accounting only does refunds once a week) but amazingly my deposit came out of my account immediately after I placed my order. They may be ok to deal with if they can find a truck but like so many of the other low cost carriers they throw out a low price, get your deposit and pray they can find someone to haul your car. If they do not, so what, they are not out anything. Pay a little extra and get someone who cares about their business.

Steve was trying to ship from a remote location near the California desert to Minnesota. In the middle of the winter, that can take longer, which was thoroughly explained to Steve, who chose not to believe it. Internet credit card transactions take two to five days to post back to the credit card. That is because of the merchant banking gateways and not the company. This was explained to Steve, who was not so confident as to actually identify himself here, but he chose not to believe that either. Three days later with refund in hand, he might now believe it. Good luck Steve.
