I am satisfied, overall...Truck was picked up and delivered on time and was recieved without damage. However, driver did not speak or understand english and could not communicate for specific directions. I live in a rural area and GPS units are not as accurate as in the urban areas. I would use this company again but ask for an english speaking driver.
