We used Direct Express Auto Transport (DEAT) to ship our vehicle twice across the country and back. Both times, this company had the best price by far. The first experience was seamless (CA to MD). The shipment of the car was delayed by weeks with our second experience but it was not DEAT's fault. The actual drivers failed to follow up but did so on rescheduling. The drivers then had mechanical issues" and picked the car up at 2 am but delivered it on time. Overall, it took over 3 weeks to get our vehicle but we had no time crunch. Therefore, I would recommend DEAT highly, They followed up and provided excellent customer service when the drivers failed to pick up the car.
